We are pleased to share that the paper entitled “Efficient Fine-Tuning of Language Models to Detect Anomalies in Private Logs using Federated Learning”, authored by master's student Gabriel Ukstin Talasso, was selected as one of the contenders for the best paper award at the 43rd edition of the Brazilian Symposium on Computer Networks and Distributed Systems (SBRC).

Gabriel is supervised by Prof. Dr. Leandro Villas, Coordinator of H.IAAC and researcher responsible for the Distributed Learning research line.

SBRC is the main national scientific event in the areas of computer networks and distributed systems, annually bringing together researchers and professionals from Brazil and abroad around high-impact innovations.

We congratulate Gabriel and co-authors Allan M. de Souza, Daniel Guidoni, Eduardo Cerqueira and Leandro Villas for this recognition. We are rooting for yet another achievement for H.IAAC!
