Scholarship student Fillipe dos Santos Silva, from Meta 7 – AI for Marketing, presented the work entitled “SERIEMA: A Framework to Enhance Clustering Stability, Compactness, and Separation by Fusing Multimodal Data“, at the conference International Conference on Natural Language & Information Systems (NLDB) 2024. In addition to Fillipe (first author), the article has the collaboration of Júlio Reis (Co-advisor, UNICAMP) and Marcelo Reis (Advisor, UNICAMP).

The work received the “Best Paper Contender” award.

Since 1995, the NLDB conference has brought together researchers, industry professionals and potential users interested in applying Natural Language Processing (NLP) in Databases and Information Systems. Topics cover a wide range of NLP applications in Information and Communication Systems, including Big Data, Linked Data and Social Networks.
